    Interface SdkVoiceMetrics

    Voice-call health snapshot included in the downloadable diagnostic bundle. Cumulative counters and a bounded ring buffer of the last 50 terminal failures. All values survive SDK destroy()/init() cycles within a page session and reset only on page reload — matching the log ring buffer's lifecycle.

    Counter semantics:

    • totalCallFailures counts TERMINAL failures only (both callFailed and mediaFailed).
    • totalMediaDisconnects counts TRANSIENT interruptions — media glitched but may have recovered.
    • Separate counters because they route to different fixes (signaling/connectivity vs. media quality).

    totalCallFailures: number

    Total terminal call failures across the session — increments on both VOICE_CALL_FAILED and VOICE_MEDIA_FAILED events. Survives log rollover. Monotonically increasing; never decrements.

    totalMediaDisconnects: number

    Total transient media disconnects — increments on VOICE_MEDIA_DISCONNECTED. Does NOT indicate terminal failure (the call may have recovered). Monotonically increasing; never decrements.

    lastCallFailureAt: number | null

    Epoch-ms of the most recent terminal failure, or null if none observed.

    recentFailures: SdkVoiceCallFailureRecord[]

    Bounded FIFO ring buffer of the last 50 terminal failure records. Oldest entry is evicted when the 51st failure arrives. totalCallFailures continues incrementing accurately past eviction.
