    Interface QueueDetails

    Configuration details of the queue that routed this interaction to the agent.

    Available from Interaction.queueDetails for the lifetime of the interaction. Contains queue identity, the wrap-up timer configured by an administrator, and the sets of classification codes the agent can apply to the interaction.

    Properties

    queueId: string

    The unique identifier of the queue.

    name: string

    The display name of the queue.

    wrapUpDuration?: number

    The wrap-up duration in seconds. After an interaction enters wrap-up state, this timer counts down and the interaction auto-completes when it expires. Value is undefined if no wrap-up timer is configured.

    wrapUpExtendDuration?: number

    The number of seconds added per wrap-up extension. Parsed from the queue configuration. Undefined if wrap-up extend is not configured.

    classificationTypes?: ClassificationCode[]

    Available classification type options configured by admin for this queue. Agents can select one of these to categorize the purpose of the interaction.

    classificationResults?: ClassificationCode[]

    Available classification result options configured by admin for this queue. Agents can select one of these to categorize the outcome of the interaction.
