Interface ClassificationCode

Represents a classification code option for an interaction. Used for both interaction type and end result classifications.

Properties

name: string

Display label visible to agents in the UI.

eliteWorkCode?: string

Elite PBX work code associated with this classification option.

Present only for queues configured with hybrid/Elite work codes. When set, the SDK forwards this value alongside the classification on InteractionTrait.setClassificationType or InteractionTrait.setClassificationResult so the Elite PBX receives the corresponding disposition data.

Consumers building for hybrid agents should surface this work code in the UI when InteractionTrait.isElite is true.
