Emitted when an interaction enters the wrap-up phase.
The interaction status is now WRAP_UP. The agent should record notes and set
classification codes before calling Interaction.close or Interaction.complete.
If a wrap-up timer is configured in QueueDetails.wrapUpDuration, the interaction will
auto-complete when the timer expires.
