Properties

subject?: string

Optional subject line for the interaction. Available via InteractionTrait.subject once the interaction is created.

notes?: string

Optional pre-call notes for the interaction. Available via InteractionTrait.notes once the interaction is created.

customFields?: Record<string, unknown>

Optional custom key/value data attached to the new interaction. Available via InteractionTrait.customFields once the interaction is created.
