Attach event handler callback that needs to be invoked when the messaging stream state changes to 'closed'.
Parameters
- handler: EventHandler<SdkEvent>
  The event handler callback.
Returns string
The unique event handler id that was generated by the Omni SDK when the event handler was attached.
