    Interface InteractionTransferFailedEvent

    Emitted when an attended transfer fails due to an external cause (busy, no answer, rejected, etc.) rather than being cancelled by the agent.

    The interaction returns to the CONNECTED state and the agent can retry the transfer. The InteractionTransferFailedPayload.reason field indicates why the transfer failed.
